So I have started a project, most of which I have shared here in this blog and this blog.
In case you have not read them, it is a project where I am writing autobiographical essays, documenting my life, but each one is a focus on a singular person, who they were to me and what I learned from them. Now, I have been stalled a bit mainly because I cannot seem to make the decision on who to focus on next. I am going to give you guys a few options on who to write about, then I will try to have the next essay sometime before the end of the year.

Now, I am reluctant to finally write about my wife because it is an ever growing and changing relationship. I just feel that I would need a few parts and whatnot, like it would not be complete at all.
The first "internet" gf was from my youth, but she is still an important part of my life.
My first best friend is someone that was around for many many years, we still talk, but not really friends like we were.
The Jr High girl is someone that was in my life only a short amount time...but made a huge lasting impression.
Choose wisely. =)

Haha, yeah. I also think that I should save her and my son for the end. Overall though, as I write these, I am revising them and can collect them into whatever order, so I guess it does not matter., but if I do my wife or son, that just means a lot more revision that I will have to do when I get near the end.

At least, this post had the excellent merit to make me read the entirety of two excellent posts.
The insight in another person's life is a ... fascinating experience. I guess the thrill of writing down the events of your life for everyone to read gives a similar sensation.
Good luck on the future blogs, I'll be waiting for them!

Thanks friend. As most people are voting for the Jr. High School girl, I started finally writing that one, but I am having some issues with it so far. I got the main points down, but I just cannot seem to capture the same feeling as the other essays. Both of those were worked on quite a bit though, so I might have to tear this new one down and structure it better.
The issue with this girl was that there was not really any conflict as there are with the other people. So without much conflict between us, I am still trying to find the way to frame the story so that it is interesting and gets to the heart of why she was important for a short time in my life, how she changed who I am.
Like I have stated before, the purpose of this exercise is mostly to work out all of these stories in my head, get my own past straight in a clear and meaningful manner. My eventual goal is to reformulate everything and write my full autobiography. I know I am not that interesting or a historical figure or whatever, but it is still good to have some kind of legacy, something to tell my future generations who I was and how I got there.
