bring our your blanket, all other cloth stuff and beat the dust off them. leave them under sunlight for a day. i don't know how else to get your room ventilated, but maybe leave the door open. clean the dust off the floor, walls, corners, top of your fan, etc. especially the top of your fan. if dust stays there and you turn it on, all the dust falls on you -_- also, stress and depression will make your immune system weak. just putting it out there in case you have any :o edit: aircan won't do shit, dust will still remain in your room. do all the dusting outdoors.

What's lancing it? All's well so far in my room. The only problem is that I was using an air duster can to dust off my fan, but it was spinning and the small little plastic straw is caught inside. So now, whenever I turn on my fan, I hear: Tic tic tic tic. There's no clear way or showing of how to open this stupid fan thing.
