So generally i am fairly calm after losing, i have my bm moments, but for the most part ive gotten over them, and am just really hard on myself when i lose. However today and many days actually, ill start out ok, like 3-3 on ladder, then ill go on to lose 10 or 20 in a row. Im platinum and it happens every time i get near the top 8. I started out in bronze when i first started playing the game and i think it took me 35 games back then to get my first win, but i began to catch up fairly easily. But now i literally just cant do anything, i cant improve because anytime i start to get good and beat diamonds and things i just go on this horrible tilt where i can lose to bronze players. Idk what to do, because if you have to play to get good, how can you play when it doesnt help, because when i lose a lot in a row it doesnt matter if i study my replay or not, i just dont understand what i could do better. Its just like everyones better than me. its killing me

Set a rule for yourself. If you lose 3 games in a row you have to go do something else like watching tv for around 30 minutes. I used to have the same problem before I started following this rule.

Personally, I do 20 push-ups every single time I lose, and then 20 sit ups. It kind of helps, the anger pushes you through the exercise and burns up the rage ^_^
Try it!
And if it doesn't help, just stop playing.

yea i guess that makes sense. Idk its really crazy because today when i started losing i lost like 5 legit matches that the player was just better than me, then i have like 3 matches where i get cannon rushed/ or some weird gimmick that just is so rage inducing

I do what HuK did when he was learning, shower ALOT. Whenever I lose a ton or I get fustrated I find that showering resets myself quite well and leaves me feeling refreshed for some more games.

Im a little strange but im going to tell you what i do.

For me when i go on tilt ... first i will always play more games. If im on tilt i dont deserve to win the next few games. I should be able to control it and if i cant i dont deserve to win. I make sure that when im on tilt i am as good mannered as possible my opponants arnt the reason im on tilt. I make sure i never cheese i just play as standard as i possibly can. Also i keep going until i have a win only then can i take a break if i want to.

I would not reccomend this method at all to anybody. But its what i do and i rely on the knowledge that every single time i lose i could have done something better. I lost because i did something wrong and my opponant did something right.
I'm in the bubblewrap league ... i just keep getting popped

If I get pissed at losing I just... stop.

You are not living in a Korean team house, it doesn't matter if you don't practice 12 hours a day, the only pressure is coming from yourself, so I usually alt-F4 after a couple of losses and go chill.

Also, play vs AI for fun.
