Tribes 2...I think it might run? Morrowind is a good one too, should run just fine (I ran it on some crappy 2001 laptop at 20 fps.)

Old :

Lemmings
SNES Roms(Seriously, I don't know how many hours I've had a blast playing tons of SNES roms)

New but non-demanding :

Trine

I'll maybe edit this post to add more when I think of more, but a lot of those I think are already in your OP or mentionned in the replies ^^

Escape from Monkey Island and Day of the tenticle!

You'll have no problem running either of them and they're both very fun. I wouldn't try playing any FPS since it's a netbook, even if you have a mouse it can be very frustrating

I was just about to suggest DOTT!
All the old adventure games from LucasArts are good:

Sam and Max: Hit the Road
Day of the Tentacle
Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis
Star Wars: Rebel Assault I and II

Edit: And Deus Ex 1 - Amazing game for its time

You've got to get an emulator and play Ocarina of Time on that...

Leave Windows 7 on it, just get more RAM...ddr3 is cheap as shit right now.

As for games:

MDK2
Total Annihilation (play online via WarZone)
N64 Emulator

Those three were the first things I put on my C-50 netbook, and I honestly don't feel the need for anything more

I've just ordered myself a netbook

Transport Tycoon Deluxe is a must, there's an amazing open source version with heaps of improvements over at www.openttd.org - visit at your own risk, you might lose hundreds of hours without realising it

Super Meat Boy and Bastion look like they'll run on that system. Those are my indie games of 2010 and 2011 respectively. They're both best played with a controller but Bastion is a bit friendlier to mouse and keyboard. If you want something slower and more strategic, I can't recommend Alpha Centauri more, especially now that it's on GoG. I don't know how they did it, but it runs on Win7 beautifully, and supports a pseudo borderless-windowed mode.

I'll also second the poster above me on openttd. A great implementation of a classic.

I 100% agree with Roller Coaster Tycoon for netbook.

Super Metroid emulator was pretty beast for a while, but once RCT was installed, it was straight to Dynamite Dunes and Leafy Lakes for me.

A game I aboslutely LOVED playing, multiplayer support and everything, it's called "Soldat" (meaning Soldier in a couple of different languages)..... but you will probably want to use a mouse though : /

http://soldat.thd.vg/en/

Also, LIMBO, pretty new game for PC, but has been on Xbox360 for a few months. This game has higher than average gameplay, but an absolutely amazing atmosphere and feel, which makes it so worth it. The ending gave me chills too, it's pretty much a masterpiece.. dark, disturbing and freaky.. can highly recommend this title!!

Also, +1 for Super Meat Boy - highly addicting game. Although, it WILL drive you mad. But if you like the feeling of success at the end of the tunnel, then it's all worth it - COOL game

I recommend mechcommander 1, which were released for free by Microsoft several years ago. Personally I been feeling nostalgic and replaying mechcommander gold the past week.
