Nestea, the godfather of Zerg. The god of zerg. The master, the leader, the amazing epic crazy Nestea who is so incredibly smart and good at Zerg. King of the Swarm.
Losira, sunshine boy, cutey smiley devil-in-disguise. Many have felt his wrath at MLG Columbus, behind that wide smiling grin, sits the devil zerg boy. I love Losira, I talk to him pretty often. His hobbies include eating :p and he practices. A LOT.
If both Nestea and Losira win tonight, we will be seeing a Master VS protégé Finals. A ZvZ finals.

The finals of the EVER 2004 OSL was perhaps one of the most anticipated ones in StarCraft history, with BoxeR facing his pupil iloveoov. Not only was it teacher vs. pupil but it was also a fight between two terrans with completely different styles of play. BoxeR's micro intensive play against iloveoov's macro focused style.
The finals was brought to a fifth and deciding match after BoxeR and iloveoov won two games each. In the end, iloveoov came out victorious and BoxeR placed second in an OSL for the third time in his career.
After the finals BoxeR broke down in tears.
Oov later stated the following: "I really hope that now Boxer will never hear from someone else that he is weak. I wish that Boxer will win all of his future tournaments the same way he stepped past so many good players on his road to this Ever Starleague Final. I'm sure he was so determined because he hasn't had a win recently... I'm so sad. From now on, although I want to game again with Boxer, I don't want to meet him in this kind of situation ever again. If I had beat someone other than Boxer, I think I would have been much happier."

TvT is actually exciting in BW, unlike ZvZ in SC2. It might be an interesting storyline to have Nestea vs Losira in the finals but I don't think the games would be as good as Nestea vs. Byun.

NesTea vs Byun will be twice as good as NesTea vs Losira but give a chance to ZvZ man, ZvZ is quite good. It's better than TvT in Sc2, even TvT in BW.

Yeah I disagree with your comparison that Nestea vs Losira = Boxer vs iloveoov in bw, no way this would be as big as Boxer vs iloveoov was. Sure, it will probably be good, but nowhere near as good as Boxer vs iloveoov in terms of hype and gameplay/mindgames (probably).

TvT - chess game; most tactical matchup
ZvZ - roach wall vs roach wall with very little micro after 5 minutes
ZvZ isn't as good as the BW matchup, let alone TvT.

I'd love to see NesTea vs Losira, but do you think Losira really has a chance?
I mean, NesTea is a monster in ZvZ, I don't wanna see another bad/one sided finals =/
But I trust in Losira, and I'd love to see the ZvZ finals.

A ZvZ finals will probably be a Nestea win in something pretty lopsided. Though that'd be nothing new watching the semis right now.

This is nowhere close to Boxer vs iloveoov... NesTea and Losira are nowhere near the status of these two.
I'm glad you're excited though. I myself don't care much for ZvZ.

Well the finals will be good for me. A lot of people are disagreeing (THNK GOD MLG THIS WEEKEND!!) but I stand by, this will be an entertaining Final.

What in the world are you talking about? I guess you didn't watch Nestea vs July this season, let alone any ZvZ after Season 2. If ZvZ has "very little micro", then which mirror includes micro in sc2? TvT? PvP? Give me a break. You can't just 1a roaches and hope that you don't get fungal'd. It can get stale as well, but not as stale as a TvT, and it doesn't have stupid shenanigans (like 4 gate in PvP).

Most sc2 progamers (especially protoss ones) hotkey everything that is not a worker or a building to 1 (that's why you see zealots in the back 3 seconds into the engagement). I'm pretty sure that I saw terrans that don't hotkey medivacs seperately and hotkey tanks and marines together. The only real "micro" in sc2 is marine split micro.
BW ZvZ is the most micro intensive matchup in any game, hands down. PvP has good shuttle reaver play and TvT has very different strategies in BW (this is true in sc2 as well).

Why do people think Nestea vs. Byun wouldn't be one sided? I'd bet my life that Nestea would 4-0 Byun, while Losira's ZvZ is actually ridiculously good, second best in the world hands down.
