I was in a 3-year on and off relationship with one girl. First, after a while, she thought she was bi. Later, towards the very end, she thought she was lesbian. Now that i look back, i dont see any reason why i would have ever wanted to date her for as long as i did. I honestly like being single.

My car became my "girlfriend replacement" after I got dumped. Shortly after our one year, too haha.

I am too lazy to go back and quote the guy - but he's right. Live your life happy, or try to be happy. Let yourself be unhappy for a bit, but make a plan to get back in your normal routine. The longer you stay unhappy about it, the worse you'll end up being in the long run.

You shouldn't get a cat, Get another girl. You can do it, it is going to be tough but you will be better for it. Just tells you that she wasn't the one for you and now you get another chance at happiness and get to go and find a better girl for you. It will be alright your with friends.
