The second was in college, some guy was wearing an absolutely TERRIBLE anti-antiperspirant or deodorant, or something like that, and he must have been wearing a lot of it. It smelled really nasty, it was so ridiculously annoying. I really can't stand how much some people add scents to themselves when they are too strong or bad-smelling; it's so much worse than someone with strong Body Odor. | ||

It's ok that you didnt tell him he stunk be4 walking away, you were probably intimidated due to his race and you being a white sc2 player (hence u are probably a bit nerdy... as we all are don't let any1 fool you). My general response to this sort of situation = I get up and loudly announce (not yell, but in a firm voice so that i know my intended target can hear me) "Seriously? What the fuck..." and i start shaking my head, and as i am walking away i shoot a glance and make eye contact with them. Or I just call some1 on my cellphone and am like "some people are just so fucking rude" as i pack my things and leave the library. I usually dont look at them when I do this one, because I want them to think to themself as i walk away "is he talking about me?" If you do the 2nd one and are nervous that they will confront you just started nodding and saying "i know right" into the phone after your previous statement so when confronted u can say u were talking about the person on the phone and what they were saying. | ||

Wow!1 So passive aggressive. How about just turning to the offending gentleman and asking them to please vacate said area, as the facility is designed for silent study. Suggest, perhaps, an outdoor venue where the local fauna may appreciate the richness of presence. When he asks you to explain you can point to your books, intimate that you wish to sudy and that his presence is not welcome. Alternatively, you can always grab your deo, hand it to him and point to the door but this doesn't always end well. Probably better to go with option A. | ||

Be one thing for sure was the fact that he STANK. OMFG after I made this blog, he started flapping his arms around so even more waves of toxic fumes were released. So yeah needless to say I got the hell out of there. Quite honestly I felt physically drained after sitting next to him. Maybe I have a sensitive nose or something, but I really didn't feel well after that ordeal. | ||

1 example was in my 2nd tournament EVER (for vanilla sf4). i hear my name and this random kid and we go to the corner to play at. normally players play on a chair with the arcade stick on their lap, but i usually put my stick down on the floor and sit legs spread. So this fucker comes up and he's not even 15 feet from me but i can already smell him. it was like the dude purposely didn't take a shower for 2 weeks to get the opponent annoyed. so i'm on the floor and this guy sits with his fat smelly body right next to my face. at that point i didn't even care if i won or lost, but to get the fuck away from him. after i won the first game, he even decides to "yawn" and i swear a green mist was coming out from his armpits. he then counterpicks my character (he was ryu, then switched to honda vs. me viper) and beats me 2-1. i shake his hand, find my friend and give him my stick and run like my name is usain to the bathroom to wash my hands off with bleach. so yea long story short, in tournaments smelly gamers fucking suck edit: i played a fat smelly white kid. and no offense to any competitive doujin players (melty blood, arcana heart, blazblue etc.) but those guys fucking smell like shiet (at least over here). | ||
