Since the release of StarCraft 2 TL's size and popularity has grown by leaps and bounds. TeamLiquid has always been welcoming to those who want to join our community and today I would like to introduce you all to our newest Mod: Tom Cruise.
Mr. Cruise has been a lurker on TeamLiquid since August. He is ranked high diamond and watches the GSL religiously. Most of you know him as a big-time movie star but he asks that you please don't spam him PMs. He humbly says that he is just a big fan of StarCraft like the rest of us and wants to help out the community in any way he can. Hearing Mr. Cruise's request to moderate the community, TL staff decided to make this one exception and give a new-comer the position.
This is pretty big news so we asked Tom to sit down and answer some questions for us, and the community. Enjoy ^ ^
Welcome to the firm! This guy is a legend! I feel like he is the right man for the job, after all isn't it him who they send when it's mission:impossible ? You could almost say that TL got the top gun. And I'm happy for that, we need a few good men here, bad posts are everywhere and only the minority report(I'm one of them!) TL and the rest of the internet is almost like the war of the worlds, without all the collateral damage. Coming to this site is like coming inside from rain man !
At the same time, isn't this kinda risky business, I heard he's bit of a nutcase? Well I trust TL to make all the right moves so I'm just gonna keep my eyes wide shut if you catch my drift :d
