I do not know if this question has been asked before, but it struck my mind today while on my drive to work and this is really the only place where this question could be understood and answered without appearing to be totally crazy. I know it is pretty stupid but bear with me.
When you are having sex with a girl without wearing a condom and you decide to pull out for whatever reason, is this considered an "Ee Han Timing"?
When does this timing start and when does it end? Is it weird if you hear koreans going like "eeee hannnn timinggggg" when this is happening?
Holy crap, yelling "ee han timing" during sex would be the most brilliant, hilarious thing ever. I shall mentally save this information.
Anyways, I'm a bit too tired to fully analyze the exact definition of "ee han timing," so I'll just leave the Liquidpedia definition right here.
Ee han timing stands for a timing in the game where you have to do damage. For example 2 hatch mutalisks. By doing this build you are (usually) behind economic wise. Therefore you have to do damage or else you will be significantly behind. It is an ee han timing moment. Ee han timing can be translated roughly into 'This one timing'
I guess pulling out right before the inevitable orgasm would be considered "ee han timing" since it would be the "one" timing before you are "behind" in life. However, the advent of birth control may mitigate the negative effects of a failed timing to a point where it may no longer be an "ee han" timing.
I was sitting here deciding to post something like Intrigue or not. I refreshed, and... well, I was right. Dude, "what?" And oops, I just used my 4000th post.

Not necessarily. It means 'the one timing' or perfect timing, so it only counts if you're pulling out at the exact instant necessary to prevent your nydus worm from overwhelming her natural.

I'm imagining the game Day9 talked about on his 'good mindset' podcast where Flash set up a contain against some protoss on Destination but completely abandoned it and pulled everything back to his main to defend counter-harass.

First of all, it's going to depend on the circumstance. In a game of Starcraft, there are specific situations where an Ee Han Timing attack could occur.
If the following are all true:
She is not on any birth control, She is currently able to become pregnant, You have ample sperm supply, She will not take the day-after pill,
Then it is definitely a situation where an Ee Han Timing withdraw could occur.
However, it will take a few weeks to know if your timing withdraw has been successful or not. Furthermore, be careful with multiple attempts at it in a short period of time, because if one or more of the attempts fails in a short period of time, you will have difficulty determining which attempt(s) it was, which will prevent you from learning from both your successes and failures.
Note that an Ee Han Timing withdraw can be for your own benefit (you do not want a child), and possibly for the detriment of your opponent as well (your opponent wants a child and you only want to get your freak on).
However, I need to caution you again, you will not know of your success or failure for a few weeks.
An Ee Han Timing in the traditional role of a timing attack in a game of Starcraft will have the result within a few minutes in most cases, with rare cases taking about an hour to resolve. And future Ee Han Timing attacks will be done sequentially, allowing you to discover things that worked, as well as determining your mistakes, before moving on to the next Ee Han Timing attack.
When it comes to an Ee Han Timing withdraw, many timing withdraws can occur before the results of any of them become apparent, preventing you from discovering successful methods, as well as mistakes, if too many occur before the result is found.

Well, you have about an 80% chance of hitting your timing with this particular timing attack, about the same effectiveness as the Condom Build, personally I recommend any BCP build order over a CI build order, since with BCP build orders you have about a 95% chance of hitting your timing, while there's a 20% chance of your partner getting infested with the CI build order. You don't want infested in your base, man.
