EPTBasically I'm going up there for a summer internship. I got a sublet through craigslist and talked to the guys via phone and email, and they sound alright.
Just asking a favor for anyone up there who wouldn't mind just checking the place out to ensure it's legit. It's not in some ghetto neighborhood, it's right on the edge of of the University of Northern Colorado campus (24th).
Like the title says, I'll pay you for taking the time to just drop by and see the room that's being sublet out. It's supposedly empty, so there's not much you would need to do other than check that an empty room is in the house. I'll let 'em know you're dropping by as well. Very easy money that'd ease my conscience a bit. Any help would be much appreciated.
