Yeah, getting friends is definitely a key to having a lot of fun in SC. Recently me, darkzane and another friend just played an hour or so of monobattles.

I can't remember teh last time I had as much fun in SC2.

There is also a popular channel on the N/A server called Buddiship.
I player a few weeks ago, made a thread just like this to create such a group.
Players will play games together and obs in groups to learn from one another.
Its most active during the afternoon.

I just got done watching the daily as well and I came here looking for somebody that I could play with.
I am a low bronze player

but I am hoping that I could improve soon seeing as I have only ever played about twenty games since buying starcraft 2
