I actually don't have any replays today!!!!

My schedule (what is spring break?) has been so nasty that I haven't been able to play any laddered games! I have been playing a little against the computer and have been having a hard time, so instead of analyzing a replay of a laddered game, today I'd like to talk about the reason I was playing against the computer.
The reason:

I have been convinced that my mechanics were the cause of most of my problems up to this point. I was largely correct, but that is finally starting to shift.
My main focus over the last few days has been on my tapping. With that in mind, lets go into the man discussion. (That's right, I'm begging for ideas this time, because I'm bad!)

The "stuff":

So here is the setup I use most often:

1:army
2:army:
3:army
4: grouping of everything for moving cross-map
5:Hatch
6:Hatch
7:Hatch
With this, I've been able to get my APM up to about 90 (game average) if I remember to tap during fights, etc. I've also, as a direct result. gotten better at monitoring my larva and constant unit production.
I've even gotten a bit better at taking a third (not bad progress for two days, right)! Here is my problem. On three/four bases it is REALLY hard for me to hit 1,5,6,7... 1,2,5,6,7... 1 a, 2 a, 3 a, 5,6,7... etc! I always seem to loose my place on the keyboard/trip on my hands while moving!
My Question to You:

Here is where my question to any reader comes in. How are your keybinds set up? What kinds of tricks do you use? Mine is hard for me to use, and I am looking for ideas to expand it. Ideally, we can all get ideas from this post (isn't life grand) and fiddle around with new setups (fun)!
For anyone totally new to this idea, Day[9] talked about it in his Daily #252 (sad that I know that off hand, right?)
As always: shoot me a comment or a PM to chat/play some time!
