I thought this was a joke about a funny justification for not taking AP tests...
The college I chose didn't accept any humanities AP credits, but I ended up taking them anyways senior year because I had learned the material and I wanted to use it lol. Seriously, though, get all the credit you can from AP tests. It will free you up to take cooler classes.

there are tonssssssssss of ways to meet girls at college. All you need to do is be a baller and make it happen.

1) like everyone said, being in a co-ed dorm helps immensely
2) parties. dont go to a party and only hang out with your 4 dude friends. maybe go out with one or two guys, split off every now and then, meet a pretty lady, dance, drink, have fun.
3) All clubs except the starcraft club will probably have girls in it. =P
4) Even the classes that aren't gen-ed will have girls in it. Maybe less hot and stupid ones, but they are definatley there.
5) Sporting events. I dont know where you're going to college, but football games, basketball games, whatever games. If they are good at your school then there will be girls there.
6) The biggest one is probably through friends. Your friends girlfriend will have at least 4 hot friends. It's a proven fact. And at least 2 of them will be single. The more friendly and more social you become, the more people you meet, the more people know you, the more girls you meet, the more girls you get with.

Take the AP tests and be glad that you'll save hundreds of hours of your time by just passing them. It's so much harder not to meet girls in college than it is to meet them.

just be social. It's a lot easier to get to know people at a school. Wherever you are, you can just strike up a conversation and not be considered rude/weird. Also, a lot of schools have mandatory classes for freshman to get to know your peers (usually for dorms) where you go to a study classroom and just hangout play stupid games, but it's chill enough you can meet people, both girls and guys.

Don't go there to try to get laid. Everyone is scared and nervous from not knowing anyone. Just have the balls to say "hey whats up?" and you'll make friends quite easily. And the girls you're interested in will come.

It's not worth your time to take AP's to test out of things in college. If you want to take AP's to improve your appeal to colleges I guess go for it but don't do it so you don't have to take humanities classes ever again. Anyone who goes for a technical degree and only takes technical courses is doing themselves a huge disservice. I've got a bachelor's in physics, a masters in electrical engineering, am a practicing electrical engineer, and the best class I took in the four years of undergrad was a Jr. level English course. As for meeting girls, you don't really do much of that in class, there's plenty of time out of class for that, don't worry about it.

Get involved with the campus community by doing things that will expose you to individuals from all different university programs. When I was in university, I volunteered heavily with our Students' Union and was an active Ski Club member. I met hundreds of people and made some amazing friends. It's great to get involved with specific clubs, like if your school has an Engineering Students' Society or a Starcraft Club, but if you want to get out and meet people, volunteer and join clubs that will expose you to people from all different programs. Through volunteering, you'll meet people, get invited to social events and best of all, you'll just meet women naturally without having to seek them out or force it.

@op: Somebody mentioned friends girlfriends: thats good there. Basically you need to not sit in your room every weekend. Don't go to parties expecting to get laid. Go to them expecting to have a fun time. And ESPECIALLY don't go to them expecting to meet girls. If you're a comp sci major I think you're probably starting out at the lower end of the party food chain (i could be wrong, depends on your school, but science/engineering people up here tend to have a hard time starting out), but if you are passionate about things and can make a joke now and then you'll always find somebody to talk to. Eventually, that somebody will be a girl, and eventually that girl will be pretty cute!

Make it happen, but don't pressure yourself.

When I was in college I got the impression that many math, biology, and chemistry classes had a respectable amount of hot chicks. I didn't see hot chicks in computer science classes, which unfortunately will be your specialty (I only took one CS class so still hope for you), but I feel that more and more women are going into the sciences and the fields relating to the classes I previously listed, and so the situation isn't as bad as, say, ten years ago. As bob dylan would say, the times, they are a' changing. or something. I don't actually listen to Dylan.

The concentration of hotchicks in sci/eng/math classes won't surpass that of the classes other TLers have listed, but I am willing to bet that even your technical classes will have babes that catch your eye.
