For my student executive council it is required that I present a video to the student body. I am aiming to make it as humorous as possible, and I am using a green screen in order to do so. Some things I am going to do are these:
-Put the green over my brother's head, and superimpose a picture of Chuck Norris over it. I will arm wrestle him and win, proving that I am stronger than CN. It'll be humorous because my little bro is small. My question is on this, how hard would it be to execute? I only have a full size sheet, no smaller sheets, so do you have any ideas as to how to get only the footage of his face as green? Kind of a tough question, that's hard to explain.
-Have me lying on a coffee table covered in the green sheet, and have everything in back of me also green. Get a cloud background, and make it look like I am flying.
I don't have any specific questions yet I guess, but in your experience with green screening, do you have any suggestions/tips?
For my video editing I will be using Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0
Any tips will be appreciated. I may update this later if I encounter difficulties.

It'll probably be very frustrating and disappointing to try to get a nice-looking chroma key on your first try. Two important things to consider are the color of the sheet and the lighting in the room. To do it right, you'd have to probably rent a light kit or at least get your hands on a light meter so you can measure the light on your backdrop and use your household lights to create an consistent field of light. If the light on your screen is too uneven and you have shadows or blown-out spots, the range of color from light to dark will be too much to key out. You want a very flat, even light to have a consistent tone. Try to get a bright green (like, an electric, day-glo green) sheet so that you're very far away from skin tones/color clashes. And wear clothing that doesn't contain anything close to the color of your sheet.
As for the actual doing of it, I'd just recommend you google a tutorial. It's not terribly difficult in premier, you basically put your chroma-key footage and background footage on two different tracks on your timeline, apply the chroma key filter from your effects panel onto the screen footage, and play with the levels to match the color.

Thanks BroOd. Do you have any suggestions that may be easier than just using the entire sheet? I don't have any green bags or anything, but maybe someone has found something that works?

If you want to key out body parts or something, you can look into getting spandex. Thanks to It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, you shouldn't have too much trouble getting a green spandex body suit.

If you're just gonna cover his head with an image of chuck norris you don't need a green screen. You can just place the image of chuck norris in a video editing software and have it follow your brother's head throughout the video.

Yes, that's what I was thinking too, but I will also be doing a part where we do the same thing with the head but we superimpose my face; however, I want my face to be talking.

I'm a noob at Adobe. I want to get that image in the video, but I don't know how to do that. As stated above, I want to get the picture of CN over a face. How do I get it into the footage?
