You have to let her go man! I've been in your spot (actually, am now but in reverse... she's the one leaving) and all you can do is just appreciate the time you had together and let it be a good memory instead of a constant "what if?" in your life. It's going to be hard, especially if you really really like her but you're going to have to start working on damage control now!

Enjoy the time that you still have together but be honest with her. Don't make her have hope that things will be like the movies "and they lived happilly ever after "bs. After those 37 hours each of you will part ways but at least you'll have a good memory of each other.
