ICCUP disconnect complaint

phosphorylation United States2935 Posts November 09 2010 02:06 GMT #1 God, I hate it when I beat a high ranked player and he disconnects in fury and I do not get any points. I have sent a manual complaint to iccup but nothing has been changed. Does this process usually take more than a day? Thanks

GoShox United States1842 Posts November 09 2010 02:56 GMT #5 Yeah it takes a few days usually. Just make sure you didn't get the win anyways, since I remember when I used to play iCCup I would almost always get the win when my opponent DC'ed intentionally.
