God, I hate it when I beat a high ranked player and he disconnects in fury and I do not get any points.
I have sent a manual complaint to iccup but nothing has been changed.

Does this process usually take more than a day?

I don't know but I mysteriously dc'ed from the server when i slipped my scv through his marines .... (that sounds so naughty) so I'm going to make a complaint.

Yes it usually takes more than a day in my experience.

The last time I made a manual complaint it was approved after the season ended. It's always taken a few days in my experience.

Yeah it takes a few days usually. Just make sure you didn't get the win anyways, since I remember when I used to play iCCup I would almost always get the win when my opponent DC'ed intentionally.
