Yep, theres a friend of mine that I play SC2 with, she's a girl, goes on TL but has yet to say it because she just doesn't want people messaging her just because she's a girl. I can't say I would ever disagree with someone for doing that. I remember there was a suggestion thread about how there should be female only divisions, I was very adamantly against that idea, since I think there is no reason to unnecessarily discriminate divisions when divisions are utterly useless (not to mention that would just get them to be pm'd more not less). But what drives me nuts is all these people saying "WHY CAN'T I JUST MAKE A BLOG ASKING WHAT GUYS ARE ON TL" or "CAN I MAKE A GUYS ONLY TOURNAMENT? HURRRR" I'm against the idea of discriminating something that doesn't need discrimination such as divisions, but if there are gold and under tournaments, and invite only tournaments, then why not have female only tournaments. k wow, that was a mini rant sorry. hi ladies | ||

and yeah the banglings ... I wish I could help you make them. I used to churn out these mini felt teddy bears like nobody's business. They were colorful and had button eyes and embroidered noses and these cute little ears ... ALSO if you don't mind and are interested, could you update the OP to ask sc-playing North American girls to email Kevin "Beef" Bonhag of the ESL's American division (kevin.bonhag@staff.esl-america.ney) expressing interest in ESL-organized female SC2 cups for funsies? They've hosted 2 for EU bnet but Kevin said he wants to get emails from at least 8 girls in order to do an NA one. | ||

I hope more girls try seriously sc2 than BW, there's huge potential I'm sure in Korea ! Actually Team liquid should recruit a female gamer and make her play gsl prelimns. That alone would draw insane attention in Korea's little esports world. Not that Korean gaming chicks exist already : They're awesome ! | ||
