EPTSometimes it happens (at least to me) to miss opponent race.
If it happens alliance menu will give you the answer

It's something you notice easily if you play a lot of team games where you give control to your partners. Edit: @heyoka: I never noticed it before the patch. I just noticed when going to that menu that it seemed to have more things after 1.1. | ||
