I took 3 of those 600 mg tablets of ibuprofen a few hours ago. It's helped take the edge off of it, but still no dice..... That is, technically, 3 times the recommended dose..... So, short of going and finding some sort of supply of hydromorphone, anyone have any suggestions for how I can get rid of this headache?  | ||

ibuprofen does nothing for sinus headaches, hit up some benadryl man. or nyquil/dayquil or both, both works for me edit: too much "dude" | ||

More seriously, a steam inhalation is very efficient. I found this article to convince you, because most people don't believe it's actually more efficient than taking random pills with side effects :/ http://www.4-headaches.com/headache-tips/Steam-inhalation-for-sinus-headaches.htm I think you're supposed to consult a doctor before taking Ibuprophen. | ||

I know Ibuprofen doesn't work better with more..... But I'm a ~250 lb guy who has a general resistance to most drugs anyways..... A recommended dose usually doesn't do anything at all for me..... The steam has helped. And no, I'm not using a neti pot (I know someone who uses it, and it seems so fucking wierd.....). | ||
