EPTThere is one class at school where I actually cannot seem to stay awake for the duration of the entire class, this is so weird. Is there something wrong with me?

I usually put music on to drown out thoughts when I'm doing homework... and in class I always always write down what the prof is saying, usually shortform paraphrase style. This keeps me on track and also makes certain I listen to everything he/she says. If your problem is just that you're too lazy then unfortunately this won't help, since it requires more work than just sitting there and tuning out. | ||

source: I would fall asleep in 4/5 of my classes without this simple trick edit: 2 of the first 3 posts suggest using chemicals to stimulate your body. I don't think that's the right approach. Your body just becomes dependent on them and soon they loose effect. | ||
