"What got this user banned?" "How many times has the user been banned?" "Why did the mod say the user is a shitty poster?"
Like most people (I think), I ask myself those questions a lot. Or like most people (I'm certain), I just want to be entertained. So here are some quick tips for the TL Advanced Search function:
1. Searching for warned posts:
Go to Advanced Search and type the search string below. Note that you can add the username if you want to narrow down the list.

One of the search results:

2. Searching for banned posts:
Go to Advanced Search and type in the following. Note there is a period after "post". You can narrow the list as well by adding the username.

3. Searching for old bans:
Type in the username under "xxxxxxxxxx".

Result:

Hopefully this will help you understand what's acceptable in TL in an entertaining way. Enjoy.

I think the reply about the creationist woman was obviously worth the ban. I can't stand people who are against abortion, stem cell research, and teaching evolution.

Heh, nothing I do will ever help me understand how some people were able to get away with certain things, and how certain completely harmless posts got the users banned.

Evolution has gained enough evidence to be considered a theory. The problem arises from the fact that she implies theory == uncertain, it's like saying "when you get down to the hard evidence, gravity's merely a theory."
