This is just a random thought.
While the Starcraft Lore does not say this, I assume the English language (or the language of your installation of Starcraft) of the Starcraft Universe originated from Earth... but the Protoss is probably NOT from Earth... by this logic, I believe English is not the native language for the Protoss.
We already know that certain units, e.g. Dark Templar, utter words that sound extraterrestrial. So they should have their own language.
My point is that perhaps it would be a fun fan-project to design a Protoss language, similar to what linguists did to invent Klingon... it would certainly be a language that can be used for all Starcraft fans to communicate with each other.

I'm pretty sure only the Overmind, Cerebrates, and Queen of Blades are sapient among the Zerg. And the Overmind + Cerebrates died over the course of SC and BW. There's not much left to have a language.
