It's a shame (mostly American) women can't get it into their heads that their body weight usually isn't a crisis... unless you look like a hot air balloon or something, but that's beside the point. Remember the '60s? Models back then were NOT thin. That's not to say they were fat, but they weren't the stick people of today. Google a few images of Sophia Loren, or Marilyn Monroe, or other such women, and take note of their bodies in terms of proportions (not THOSE proportions); you'll see they're noticeably bulkier.

That's a much more normal and healthy body weight than what's going on today, and yet American women prefer to look like Gandhi because of some societal standard of ultra-thinness. I visited France a few years ago, and the women there, for the most part, seemed more resistant to the stigma of "if you have any more than .05% body fat, you're a disgusting ogre who needs liposuction ASAP". Europeans know how to live... = /

I feel like this everyday when I go to my running club's practice. Are you supposed to look or not, because it is damn difficult to keep some feelings in check.

Heh, this seems like it would discourage me from going to the gym in the future. I really don't want to be labeled as "that creeper who checks ladies out."
But yeah, some other things that get me in relation to this are that:
1. If you wear the shortest possible clothing while working out, don't expect guys to not check you out
2. Don't wear graphic tees with writing on them and think that we're staring at your chest. We just want to read what your shirt says. TT

I need to purchase some testosterone coz I dont recognize this behaviour in myself. As in the picturing girls naked or having any problem not staring at females wearing a minimum of clothes.
I'm not saying that I never ogle girls but not in any way near what seems to be the standard TL level of checking out the ladies.

Seriously though, If you dress to be ogled don't be hating if you're ogled. No one is forcing you to wear short shorts... besides.... if you were really working out you wouldnt spend 5 hours on the eliptical.
