I have done a lots of bo3 recently but today is the first time i have ever done a bo5 with somebody...

I am EXHAUSTED after the 1st 2 games...God, my multi tasking is terribly, terribly bad. Normally my apm is around 120 but on game 345, they are around 50 or less mid game...
I cant find myself but instead a low level gold player vs a 1k elo zerg player... My timing push are perfect but my macro is SO DOWN that in constantly sy block myself + expand VERY late.

I want advices from the Pros out there on how you train your mind for a bo5 or bo7? I believe my problem is not about playing not enough games since i can ladder 10 long games no break no problem... Also, what are the psychologist effects on using cheese and win/lose by those? I am asking this since if im off in macro later on, i want to have a cheesy back up plan for my little little brain =.=...

Honestly, I found it is just practice. I used to get raging headaches after 2-3 games. But now, if I really really wanted to, I could probably go 10 games straight with minimal deviation in terms of APM and skill. I may be thinking less critically, but my apm doesn't drop 50%.
The more you play, you'll find that most of the things you do end up being subconscious, and they don't tire you nearly as much. The main tiring part is if you're in a hot room, and you're sweating, or if it's a really, really long game with intense micro and reactions (like drops everywhere, harassment, etc.) Those really are exhausting, and that is an example of the metagame within a BO5. Long games vs player that tires easily = advantage. (My goodness I hope I used metagame correctly. Otherwise I have officially become a hypocrite...)

Play sets of 5 consecutive ladder games without stopping.

If you really get that exhausted from playing 5 games at such a low apm, just work on increasing your mechanics so you don't have to work as hard. It sounds like you're really struggling to play at even 120. Even when I'm falling asleep and playing like trash I find I have about 150 so I know that's my bottom benchmark. If your apm is bottoming at 50 for real, well you simply are pushing yourself too hard to hit 120 because that's over a 100% increase. I'm not playing at 400 apm normally. Work on increasing that bottom rate so that your body is automatically playing at least that fast.

Also, people might disagree with this one, but drink some coffee =D

Practice man. I usually play bo5's all the time against friends and TL people (via practice partners thread).

Coming into this thread I thought it would be a problem about varying your play vs playing 1 or 2 builds over and over in a bo5. Since a bo5 is a repeated game situation, theres a different strategy to it compared to laddering where you can do the same build over and over again for a certain matchup because of different opponents everytime.

Seems like everyone is giving advice to practice more to get used to massing games while OP said he has no problem with it, only bo5s. I assume it happens in somewhat nerve-racking tournament situations? My advice would be to just play more tournaments with bo3/bo5 matches, by no means a "pro player" advice though. Do you get noticeably nervous or just exhausted?

play BO5;s with practice partners.

Or anybody you know IRL around your skill level.

If possible, do so with some petty cash on the line.

Do you mass games on ladder?

If you don't, maybe playing non stop for awhile will get your stamina up if you have the time.
I underestimated that boy. No... it was not the boy I underestimated, it was the Triforce of Courage.

The more BoX games you play, the better you will become at being able to endure the long number of games. The best time to cheese would be on a map that you don't like, after winning the previous set, or if you have like a huge lead (2-0 in a bo5).
