Starcraft games usually start at 18h00KST, that means 2h00 Pacific time, and 5h00 on the east coast. How do you guys manage it with your sleep schedule? I am on the pacific coast right now, and I was only motivated to stay awake for the MSL final... On CEST it is much better, it means 11h00 for us, so it's perfect to watch the games after you wake up

I have a KST clock and have taken to sleeping from 10-2 and then from 6-10. If I need to get up earlier I nap in the afternoon.

Proleague every night, where you at?

Yep, tonight's gonna be the last night though; got to head to bed early tonight/tomorrow night to get used to my sleep schedule for school.

edit: So probably little to no streaming from me(did Iever do much anyway?).

Dude... watching rugby at the pub, relaxed work ethics, relatively low taxes, huge amounts of beautiful beaches, low real-estate prices, women who generally have no qualms about just having fun, Byron Bay, peace and quiet, and last (but not least) a lot of awesome local beers.

On the bright side, StarCraft is a pretty good motivation to get out of bed.

House is on fire? Eh, I'll just sleep through it.

Jaedong is playing? Let me just put on my pants and run over to my computer.

I live on the east coast, so a lot of times it's 5 AM for me. Which is pretty much the WORST possible time, because it's smack dab between "stay up late" and "wake up early" times. I could manage it in the summer, but now I have 8:30 classes every day of the week, so we'll see if I can handle it without dying.

i am on the east coast, and just went to bed an hour or two earlier (like 10/11) and woke up at 530 or whatever it is. I am still in high school, so on school days, getting up 30 minutes earlier is not too bad.

As if you need pants... As far as I'm concerned watching Starcraft is a pants optional affair.

Yeah I woke up at 5 most mornings. Then take a big nap between noon and dinner so I can stay up late with pacific internet buddies (I'm eastern), then sleep a couple hours and wake up at 5. That's just the way it's done.

I've had to largely give up my BW addiction now that I'm back at college I just can't fuck with my sleep schedule that much anymore. In the summer, I could just stay up until 7 am or wake up at 5:30 am whenever I felt like it because I had nothing else to worry about.

I'm still watching the OSL finals, though, since I'll only have to stay up until like 3 for those.

Where I live we are exactly 12 hours away from Korea so games that come on in the evening in korea are in the morning are either too late to stay up for or too early to wake up for. For the past year starcraft has messed up my sleep schedule to the max, I would go to sleep when the games were over at 7 am and wake up at like 2 or 3...I'm sure I'm not the only one who is in this boat either XP

Yes that's the pic I had in mind lol :p Thank you for linking it.

I remember reading about it and I was like terrified lol "THERE'S SPIDERS THAT FUCKING BIG ?? WTF HOW?"

I get scared when I see a normal house spider around here, they're like 5cm at max lol (without the legs)

Edit: OH SHIT 1000th post I was planning something special Ah well 1001 is a cool number too .

I was able to catch many many more games live when I was living in PST than living in JST. 2-3 in the morning really isn't a big deal.

Wow some of you are hardcore! It's true that when I was still a student, going to bed at 6h00AM would be no problem, but now that I work, I feel that waking up at 5h30AM would be better. Anyway I am glad I am on CEST time

I went to China for three weeks, and I thought it was going to be all awesome with China time at KST-1... then I realized (almost) every single event was either at noon or 5:00, so I was always eating while the games were going on.

Ugh I agree. 4AM central time and that is the worst possible time. If it was a bit later I could go to bed early, a bit earlier and I'd just stay up, but if it's at 4AM i'll just try and catch the VODs (which isn't so easy with GSL t.t)

Being nocturnal retarded is a pretty good skill.

All started when I was in freshman year of high school.
I would be like, it's midnight, man that's late.

then every year I'd push that "late" time one hour back.
Now it's junior year of college and I think 7 am is late
