The chin-ups and crunches seem easy, but running a 9 minute, 20 second mile 3 times consecutively seems pretty challenging. My mile run time is probably about 8 minutes, and that's only if I'm doing 1 mile.

a 28 minute 3 mile really isn't very challenging if you put some effort into it beforehand. Hell, I could run one in 6 minutes, then walk 2 in 22 lol

but it might actually make one rage more that this random retard on the internet is forcing you to do pushups.
