While we're talking about net speeds, can someone explain to me why in reality I never actually get anywhere close to those types of speeds in downloads? Speedtest says I get about 9mb/s, but the best download speed i've ever got is 1.2mb/s, most of the time it's anything from 300-700kb/s. That's a pretty massive disparity no?
