It depends entirely on the university. Some universities take a very hands off approach and don't do any policing unless it interferes with the network. Others track bandwidth, some cap speeds, and some block p2p protocols. It varies a ton among universities. | ||

Mb =/= MB or 1 Megabit = 0.125 Megabyte so 9.44 Mb = 1.18 Megabyte download (pretty much what you said, 1.2 MB/s) Anyone correct me if I'm wrong please ^_^ | ||
