PvP DT rush?

What do you think about a Dark Templar rush against PvP? Lately I've been trying to fine tune this strategy and seem to be at about 50/50 wins and losses when I do it. I haven't really found any set build order to tech into fast DTs and was wondering if you might have a word or two in the matter? My unit composition tends to be 3Gate Zealot push and harass any expos and then sneak up 2-4 DTs for a first surprise attack into their Main Base Probe line and onto Nexus.

Like I said, this works about 50% of the time for me. Can't really seem to get a strong hold on it yet.

Yeah, that seems to be the problem. Mostly the idea I've been trying to get at with this strategy is to prevent any early expos and cripple their economy while I go into phase 2 and mass stalkers. Typically I mass zealots and harass any early expansion. Once I've got my DTs I draw away their army from their main base and then pick off all the probes, nexus and then as many pylons as I can before the DTs die. And by the time I send in my Zealots to distract them I start warping in stalkers and build more Warpgates.
