Well, I truly hope Blizzard intends to follow these words when it comes to giving out info about server status. I am not sure how many hours I wasted waiting on servers maybe coming back online during the beta, but it was acceptable on the level that none of us were paying customers at that time.
Now this has changed, and Blizz really need to step up their game.
I shouldn't have to search through pages and pages of forum posts to find a generic message like:
"Hi, we are aware of the connectivity issues occurring at the moment, it's being looked into."

Is this the way they have been all of this time with WoW, I were kinda expecting more from a company that makes their living from online games.
