i suppose 8-11 makes it more right side of the keyboard. 1-4 would be nice for the left hand, but they want it for other functions like green.at said. 8-11 accomodates ppl with even small hands. i still used the right ctrl button since, being easier for 5-8, but nwo it's exclusively 8-11. i'm actually quite happy with it. 1-4 seems logical, but it actually is sort of awkward on your hands and wrist to use the left ctrl button. 8-11 will push me towards going to the right of the keyboard more. pllus the separate btw 8 and 9 helps to tell apart the buttons physically as well. f6 and f7 can be hard to tell apart purely by sense of touch. | ||
