You should try some other cheese like 2/3 ling/hydra all-in.
It works a lot better than 5-pool imo.

I didn't mean to derail this thread into a SC2 hate (even if I actually hate it).

But basically OP is :

1. SC2 going to be released soon

2. I don't see the point of training BW. (he could read SC2 strategies, or watch Top SC2 players replays, but instead decides to pool5 everygame)

3. "start my cheese fest till I go crazy or something." = I'll play BW until I'm sick of it.

If OP said he was to be curious and wanted to see which rank he could hit with 5pool every game, I could see a purpose, but all he is saying is "I'll do this until I get sick of the game, just before SC2 release".

So when I said "You know SC2 is an inferior game, so you're trying to disgust yourself of BW" it's actually the purpose of 5pooling everygame that makes the most sense.

Lol, there was a guy on my CSL team who had never heard of TL or ICC. I just picked him up because we needed a 4th player. He was not even d- level and was the kind of person who would try to make ultralisks off 1 base.

First game of CSL he beats Saracen with 5 pool looolll. Then wins with another 5 pool in the next match. After that people watch his replays and he loses the rest. But the point is, 5 pool can win you a lot of games even if you're at the level where don't know how to use control groups O_O

Haha, hilarious story. And the funniest part is that you are right, 5 pool is great build in that case. I'm sure that if SKT zergs had used it every single game of the playoffs they would have done better than their dismal 1-7 record !

Im good at defending 5pools. i can defend as a zerg, protoss and terran! give me the best you got. i defended with out losing a ling, defeated B level Zergs in PvZ and TvZ because of their 5pool failure. mwaahaaaa..
