thats my best example. tv controls us and we love to listen to her, cus she is afterall SEXY as fuck. if someone says i dont want to date you cus we are too good of friends, she obviously isnt interested in dating you and thats that, it has nothing to do with a good friendship. | ||

However, my RL experiences completely contradict what is apparently common knowledge. The girl I am currently seeing I've known for nearly a year, and one of my best friends just started dating a girl who he was really good friends with throughout all of high school (4 years!). I can name tons of other instances where "good friends" have gone onto serious relationships; is there something I'm missing here? How hot you are is inversely proportional to how fast you get into the friend zone. If you are a really hot guy, you will not get friendzoned ever, if you are ugly and unattractive, then you can be her "friend" instead. so the advice is: -be hot -be sexy -don't be not hot and not sexy | ||

if you're like me and in the middle, then you're not allowed to be funny out of the gate, if so you enter immediate friend zone territory. its taken my 6 years to learn all about the friend zone and I am the fucking KING of the friend zone, with a LOOOOOT of girls. I was awarded class clown at a 5A high school with 800 people, and I was friends with ALL the girls, only dated 3. friend zone not a myth, you're either attractive or not that funny | ||

Imagine this, we all have female friends we aren't attracted too. For whatever reason, they don't like the same things we like-- or maybe they have a couple extra pounds, or they act a certain way that doesn't allow you to ever see her as being more than just a friend. Like herpes. If all of a sudden, she loses a couple pounds-- and starts kicking your ass in Starcraft, and buys you a new iPhone for Christmas-- right after they discover a cure for Herpes and all of a sudden, you realize that she would be an awesome catch. If there isn't the "connection" it doesn't mean it cannot form-- but it isn't something that can be forced. Sometimes you just have to be more appealing, everyone has different tastes. Anyways-- friendzone, is a total myth if you ask me. | ||
