I'm headed to Sydney for my semester of uni abroad at UNSW. The semester starts in about two weeks so I'll have some time to get acquainted with the area. I'm a little nervous and very excited, I've never been off the continent before. My flight takes off in about six and a half hours, but I'll be headed for the airport in two.

I don't know if any TL aussies play ultimate, but I'll be looking to play as much as I can while I'm down there. I'll be wearing my Hwaseung Oz jacket around while the temperatures allow me to so I should be easy to spot.

Not that long of a blog, just waiting for an hour before I pack up my computer and it's hard trying to find things to keep myself occupied. Figured now was a good time to give an update to TL whom I know care about my every movement!

If there are any parties to watch MSL/OSL finals while I'm there I'd definitely want to be a part of that as well.

Just watch out for drop bears if your walking under a gum tree. Those little fuckers are mean.

As for MSL/OSL parties just keep an eye on TL community, if something is happening it'll be there. For local competitive stuff well this is probably about it so far:

I'll be sure to keep a screwdriver overhead, thanks for the headsup (literally).

That's cool about the local thing, I haven't really played the beta and was never more than a D+/C- on iccup so I don't think I'll be very competitive, but I'd play for sure.

If you wanted a local TL community meetups, you went to the wrong city. Sydney is lazy.

unfortunately i didn't pick my exchange uni by which city had the best TL meetups

However maybe I should have.

Can anyone give me advice on which phone to get? I'll be here for six months so probably a pay-as-you-go would be the best.

Depends on your usage it its low the Vigin is the way to go
