EPTThe second day passed by rather quickly, though it ended tragical. My Unreal Tournament clan JaLLa lost their Capture The Flag Grand Final in division 3. Man, that was a war with too many downs and too few ups. Maybe next season we will do better.

Ok back to the work on my built-up
- I once again sat down and worked my head around the Fast Expo into Goon/Sair build. I played a total of 95 minutes. This time I went into macro mode and tried to go High Templar, Zealots as a follow up. The whole thing worked out just fine. But you know it! It's only some build order games against the AI to get a feel.
- I watched the PokerStrategy TSL Bronze Finals match between JF and Sen on Fighting Spirit. Nice game if you ask me, but hard for me to focus too much on the Protoss. Anybody got the replay lying around? Or is it even still available for download somewhere?
Conclusion of the day
- I suck at mechanics at the moment. My controls feel odd odd odd, I tell you. But that's just me getting used to it.
- Using Shift F2, F3, F4 for bases is nice, but man it's taken me ages to get used to that.
- My hotkey setup at the moment is: 1,2,3 units, 4,5,6 gate cluster, 7 starport. Yeah that rocks! Not!
- I really wanna get going playing some real players. Playing these AI/BO games is good for me getting the grasp of the game, but I miss a challenge, I'm a competitive gamer (Unreal Tournament!) after all. :>
Also I wanna thank for the encouragement and I am eager to keep this going.

At the moment it's 3 gate starport pumping Dragoons and Corsairs until I have 8/4 before I get 5 gate, a Citadel and an Archive to change my mid-game. I am still thinking when to take my third base. Last I got it on 120 supply. Pretty late. I always forget about expanding. Luckily, the AI is not as punishing. :Dalso do you mean a 4gate goon opening into double stargate corsair?
Cheers for tonight and stay tuned. One remark though, I will end up having not a lot of time tomorrow, it's gonna be a lot of stuff cutting away my freetime, but I figure something out.
