Ok luxury(aka practice). I came into the scene when Cholera was just picking up steam and becoming the awesome commentator he was destined to be(fan-boy, sry). I loved you, honestly, there wasnt a game that you played that i hoped you would lose. I'm a terran player at heart, and always will be, but i was a huge fan of yours.
Now i know that hite/ogn got savaged by this match fixing scandal, even before you left to win your msl, both you and your brother have been convicted...but why, why does it have to be so. You knew you had fans, fans that loved and cheered for you through out your wins and loses, through that historic msl...
Now its just hollow. So very...hollow. I loved you, and your slightly less talented brother. So i say this to you luxury, in light of NukeTheStars latest video(, why....We loved you, and your ridiculous muta vs archon micro. Your awesome zvp and climactic muta micro that always seemed to pull through...it was so entertaining..and hopeful..but in the end, hopeless.
I dont really have a happy ending to this, but as a park ... soo fan, i'm so very disappointed, so very disappointed. Like so many stories before this one, there is no happy ending...I'm sorry, as I'm sure you are, for all of us. Luxury...you broke my heart... </3

It's so very sad, because im a fan of jangbi's too. I;m happy that lux won...but so unhappy with how events have turned out now...maybe it would have been better if jangbi won...i'm just so heartbroken...

If Jangbi had won, we wouldn't really know whether or not Lux threw the title for cash. Jangbi would probably feel even worse because he wouldn't know if he really deserved the msl.

Luxury owes flash a huge apology, thats for sure. I remember reading one interview from the first round of PL this season that flash was so excited because of luxury's revival. I supported you even though I dont approve of your gameplay. Damn you.

Seriously. He threw his matches and went on to win a MSL while Flash was carrying his whole team and got eliminated from both leagues in like one day.

but these players are still good. luxury, hwasin etc. can still throw it down with the best of them when they werent match fixing. i dont condone their behaviour but ill surely miss their play
The zerg twins might be the players I miss the most out of this whole scandal (sorry savior fans, I wasn't really around for his period of dominance). They put on some really entertaining games when they were playing well.

Yeah, Luxury was my favorite SC player. Remember that 2008 OSL? I think it was the one where he beat Flash in quarterfinals and lost to Best after being 2-0. He was the player that got me started in Starcraft. He was the one that made me a zerg at heart. I really loved this player and Im so sad to see him go. I know he match fixed which was why he lost so much and it seemed like a slump, but I always cheered for him. Even against Jaedong, who is now my favorite player, I alwasy rooted for Luxury. I don't care about his brother or Savior at all, I just care about Luxury. I remember getting so excited whenever he played. I loved how he was down 2-0 against Leta in the MSL he won. This was quarterfinals and he won miraculously by going 4pool in one game, crazy zergling lurker push in another, and faking lurkers and going muta all in in the final game. So epic.
Luxury vs Hwasin on Destination. One of my favourite games from the two, both of them now banned permanently. It's really sad because these guys were serious top players for a long time despite it all.

people never realize how baller luxury played that MSL. he beat hwasin (one of hte all-time great TvZers), leta (favored to win the tournament after he knocked out flash), zero (had insane ZvZ back then), and Jangbi (had pretty good PvZ and was the former runner-up). Luxury had skill. its just too bad he didnt want to use it any more :\
