Just by seeing your demonstration, I want to try with linguini + spicy Sicilian sausage in a simple basil tomato sauce. Do you think linguini would pierce the sausages or no? Thanks for the post! | ||

I think it would work when they are stiff, but if you see some breakage you can try pre poking holes in the sausage with toothpicks and then sliding the pasta through. Once they start boiling, they'll swell up and the sausages should have a firm connection with the noodles. | ||
