I'm a huge Flash fan and I probably would barely have taken 1:1 even before the OSL finals, now there's no way. Once upon a time Flash fans on average tended to be more knowledgeable about SC (since his play is not as entertaining to watch without understanding the game, and he's not Bisu who just attracts all the retards dragging down the mean) ... maybe this has changed since his dominating streak but I'm guessing a lot of the bandwagon jumpers got off after OSL.
Of course you'll still get some action but I wouldn't expect much.
And once again, Rekrul is going to make a ton of cash again. Beacuse anyone with a deep understanding of the Korean scene knows Jaedong is going to win.

So we have the Kim Carrier Curse where the player who he chooses loses. Do we now have the foreign version of it? Something like the Rekrul Gambling Godsend where the player he bets on wins it all. We shall see, but I'm hoping Jaedong wins because I'm a fan of his haha.

i have been to korean room salon/night clubs with the CEOs of pokerstars i think it'll be okay.
i could die though, which would be a bad beat for you, so to minimize the chances of that happening just wait until the match is about to happen to bet/send the money

Yeah I remember there was a short span where JD lost to Flash in 2 Bo3's, then won a Bo5, in a short span (like a week) in all 3 leagues (including GOM). Final score by games was 5-4 Flash in that period. So he's definitely lost Bo3s.

anybody who does this is stupid. rekrul is obviously fixing the games and has an in with flash. he was the first to break the news about the betting scandal remember? of course he knew about it... he was one of the culprits.

I wanted Flash to lose to Jaedong prior to this thread by 2-3, but this blog encourages me to cheer for Flash 3-2 just so I could enjoy Rekrul have his bet fire back at his face. Either way epic games are guaranteed so it won't matter anyway :p

I was feeling a little nervous before the match, afraid that Jaedong would somehow lose. Now that I know that Rekrul thinks Jaedong will win, I'm starting to feel confident that Jaedong will take this.

It's hard for series to be good nowadays. The underdog has learnt he has to take massive risks to have a chance. Even if two players are at a similar level, if one guy is just slightly off-form he will get destroyed.
Exceptions are the super luck based match-ups ZvZ and PvP (although a bit less so).

true, effort v flash was unusual and he took in advice from nalra who essentially says u have to pull something out of mars to stand any legit chance.
LJD's 12 hatch was too expected while is variants after 12hatch opening was somewhat novel, catching flash off guard in g1 and g3, but he wasnt able to capitalize it.
we also have to give credits to flash for his scouting. he always go 14cc AFTER seeing the 12 hatch.
you know rekrul.. you could have taken all that money and bet else where at 1.1:1 odds for flash and been on a freeroll for some 1.5k dollar. i didnt want to post about this site cause it would kill ur action or force u to offer better odds. but yeah. i hope you did that or at least bought some security. but then again whats 15k in HSP these days anyways.
