So folks, it's saturday night! gettin ready with my friend Mandela to have a night of fun. We go in to the city and hit a cheap pub and start drinkin pitchers of beer. An old friend of his comes up and greets us both and buys us redbull vodkas. the friend then proceeds to talk about his part time job of being a loan shark and how he got shot a week ago and shows us the bullet wound in his calf. Then some other guy pops out of nowhere and buys us a round of drinks. I don't know these people but hey free drinks right.
Now it's around 1am and the pub is closing. Mandela calls his two female friends and arranges a meet up. I'm pretty damn drunk at this point and Mandela plays the game "HAAAVE YOU MET MARTIN?" when the hot waitress at the pub comes to collect our glasses. I talk a little with her but it's all good, since she's not interested and I have a gf already, so we only did it for show to mess with my friend haha.
Meet up with the two girls, start talking absolute bullshit and get into an illegal taxi. Get to the club, realize that there are waaay too many people for us to get in, and start going around looking for another pub. Now I'm really tired and drunk and just want to go home. I worked out during the day as well and soreness started to really kick in. I take leave and drop by mcdonalds for some burgers and get on the night bus.
it's around 2:30am.
I imagine how amazingly comfortable my bed must be as I eat my cheeseburgers and observe all the craziness of the night bus of stockholm at this hour. A girl is desperately trying to hold her vomit down, a guy is drunk and talking to a girl who's out of his league, a bunch of bros slapping high fives constantly and being very loud... the zoo keeps going.
I wake up. What the fuck? I fell asleep. I'm in Södertälje which is all the way down the south of Stockholm. FFFFFUUUUCK. I start mentally kicking myself for how I missed my stop by completely sleeping through it. I get off the bus and sit around for 10min and get on the same bus going back. I'm really drunk and tired, but god damn I gotta stay awake. zzzz.....
I wake up. I'm in Stockholm Central. FFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUU- great shit Martin. you just passed your stop and went back into the city. I get off the bus and start cursing myself. in my defence I really was drunk and hella tired. I wait for the bus to come again. I get on the bus and really make a valiant effort to keep awake and get off at my stop. The bus ride is a good 40min... zzzz......
I wake up in Tumba. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF- ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME. Not as bad as Södertälje but still a good length past my stop. I get off the bus and check the time. 5:30am god damnit. Go to train station. First train goes at 5:55. Fine whatever I'll take that instead, it's only one stop anyway. I look around and a bench looks amazingly comfortable. I lie down on it. zzz.....
Wake up. It's 6:02. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCKKKKKKJASDUFHLWEUHFASHDFJLGKJHALIUEW.
Next train goes at 6:20. I stay awake till then and get to Tullinge then take a taxi home.
6:40am. Get on msn and tell alffla my whole journey. epic lols at my epic fails.
My bed feels almost orgasmic.

Are you studying in Sweden?
This happened to me before in Shanghai. I was really tired, and slept past my station. What made it worse was that it was the last train of the night and the subway stops in SH are really really really far apart. Had to wait about 15 min for an empty cab to drive by

Haha I've done something similar... in singapore I fell asleep on a bus (966) and I basically ended up going on a loop around the country.

Oh and and I live in stockholm too, I know how it is with the night busses they are fucking ridiculous, but as you say people always do shit there ;D at valborg we were on one for an hour, few things we did during that hour was smoke and piss in plastic bags lol. Atleast u were out on the weekend so, if you live near a subway station, that's always a running option. It's fucking cold these days and raining... that park bench can't have been too nice lol. What club were u at anyway and where exactly do u live? I live pretty close to tullinge XD

haha yea the night bus is fucking crazy.
we were pre drinking at Johnny's Pub or something at Fridhemsplan which is a nice place with pretty cheap 120kronor pitcher beers. after that we were trying to get into Fasching but it was "one in one out" already so I went home.
we usually go to fasching or other smaller jazz clubs just to avoid the spybar/whiteroom run of the mill overpriced drinks and top40 radio songs.
I live at Riksten which is like student dorms. Where do you live?

Oh right, yeah that's a pretty decent price. Well there are some clubs that are good, I've never even been to spybar or whiteroom cus yeah it's just expensive and boring people. Try checking out events at Fabriken or Debaser. Club Ace/mango bar is nice and F12 Terrassen is a really nice club. Also Metro and Nype are pretty cool, Nype's expensive though.
Ah ok riksten, I live in Älvsjö, pretty close to the main city.

Wow i can relate.
The feeling you get when a night out isn't really going that well, you just want to get home and crawl up in your bed and just pass out, but you can't because you're drunk as fuck out in the middle of the city trying to make your way back home. That feeling is one of the worst feelings in the world.
