Just wondering if anyone wanted to have a review session for the two tests starting at 21:00 GMT (+00:00) on Sunday and continuing on as long as necessary.

I need significant review. If you're interested post/PM me your AIM handle if you want me to remind you.

I posted about it on CollegeConfidential so hopefully I can attract people who are particularly competent in the two subjects (I remember the one CC organized for AP Calculus was very productive).

My micronesia-detector senses are tingling!

If you want some help, I might be able to answer some questions.

Can't you just look at and take on your own previous ap tests on ap's website? Just taking them and wikipediaing the concepts you don't understand (and/or answers.yahoo.coming the questions you're having trouble with) should be a pretty comprehensive way to study.

Works for some people. Others don't benefit as much.

Working with others, explaining ideas to others who don't understand can also be a good way to test whether or not you really know the subject. Plus, you gain the benefit of getting help from others who can help you if you don't understand a topic.

Princeton Review is okay, Barron's is better and harder. I remember taking both Physics B and Chem... don't expect something you've seen before. Make sure you get the basics down such that you can apply them in any situation you can possibly imagine.
The probability of Kim Carrier getting all those predictions wrong is similar to the probability Flash loses a TvT. Kim Carrier MUST BE a genius. His only big mistake... STORK.

Physics tutors cost >= $100/hr :p

Although for a group review through internet it would be significantly less per person! Still makes the EG coaching charges seem like chicken feed though.

I have never had good experience with online group studying, it's just too easy to get distracted. But maybe you can get it to work. On the other hand, if you have like 5-6 people you know who are taking the test and can meet up at the library or something and just bash through practice tests/Princeton review books/etc. together for a few hours, it's SO helpful. That saved my ass for AP econ.

GL HF on your exams!

what fibster said... the best way to study is review test + find out what you did wrong on the test. Group study is only for those who are so far gone that everythin that goes on in the group is something new to be learned

Well professional former physics teacher tutors... But if you're just looking for a college/High School tutor it's only gonna be 20-40 dollars / hr

Yeah... I was only talking about the former type since I was the one Saracen was talking about.
