Apparently, S2 Games (creators of HoN) has decided to give Garena the authority to host Heroes of Newerth for Southeast Asian countries. Basically, this means we can play it for free and the only downside is that we can only play with other players in SEA.

I JUST HOPE BLIZZARD SEES THIS AND DOES THE SAME LOL

Yeah Blizzard will do it if Garena pays them 50 gigabazillion dollars per week for it.

S2 has to maintain its good reputation by supporting the community, etc.
Blizzard has so many hooked and raving fanboys they only have to think about how to grab their wallets.

Blizzard and Garena are not on good terms, since Garena abused the LAN option in Blizzard games to provide it's services and bypass any legal terms that would allow Blizzard to prevent them from doing so.

As such, even a partnership between KeSPA and Blizzard is more likely occur then one between Blizzard and Garena.
