Some suggestions- 1. I only listened to the first 3 songs, their instrumentals dare i say is basically the same, try new instruments and change the beat. 2. Rap with emotion, and adding background vocals if you can to enhance it. 3. Don't do the generic rapping about hoes, have it one or two songs, but all of it is just trash. Don't be a bandwagoner, find a new style to sing about something important to you. If hoes/drinking/pills are the only things important, then i dunno what to say lol. For a rap artist the lyrics are very important, so you might want to practice freestlye first before writing rap songs. Some of the best rap artists do it all in freestyle then later edit and change words. | ||

I don't want to speak on the content of the music itself, since every ones music is their own. But the flow was definitely a little choppy, and the beats where pretty bland. I would look around to find some nice inspiration (my favorites are the Japanese producers, like Nujabes (R.I.P) and others who have a nice jazzy or swing feel to thier work) From the production stand point,(I have a bachelor's in music education and one is Sound engineering/music recording) it was pretty low quality. The first song sounded like it was recorded on a headset mic, and all of the songs where not mixed at all, which made them impossible to listen too | ||
