String theory was initially supposed to tie it all together (no pun intended), but string theory seems to be fading into the background currently. I not really up on the bleeding edge of theoretical physics at the moment so I can't really even try to formulate an answer. I'd imagine the Large Hadron Collider will answer some questions whenever they actually get it up and running. [*]Is spacetime fundamentally continuous or discrete? I guess this depends on your take on how the universe started. If you accept the oscillating universe theory then it would be continuous (i.e. Big Bang, then Big Crunch, then Big Bang, ect for all eternity, and has always been that way). The universe has either A.) Always been there B.) Was created or C.) Matter appeared from nothing [*]Would a consistent theory involve a force mediated by a hypothetical graviton, or be a product of a discrete structure of spacetime itself (as in loop quantum gravity)? To my knowledge the only forces currently in existence are Strong, Weak, Electromagnetic, and Gravitational. Based on this this knowledge I think the answer is no. [*]Are there deviations from the predictions of general relativity at very small or very large scales or in other extreme circumstances that flow from a quantum gravity theory? There's no way we can actually disprove the predictions of general relativity and it has been correct thus far so it is currently accepted the way it is. Have fun! It is really easy! This was my best attempt based on my current knowledge... cheers ![]()

2- Spacetime is fundamentally Discrete 3- The consistent theory involves a force mediated by a hypothetical graviton 4- The deviations are at very small scales
