There is zero chance that she has gone through 19 years of life ANYWHERE in the world and not know about masturbation/sex unless she was in complete isolation and had no communication with anyone her age while growing up. If she went to public school she at least knows about sex and where babies come from (i.e. sex education). But I really doubt she was being serious.
