"Nuna" is what you(If you're male.) call a female that is older than you. It can indicate close friendship but its more of a formal thing. Its basically saying in literal terms "older sister". A female would say "unnie/eonni". Dongsaeng refers to a younger sibling, male or female. Again it doesnt have to refer to a close friend or family, its a formal thing. I think if you would call a male sibling "nam-dongsaeng?" edit: Honestly Im not totally 100% on this one since It can be confusing and Im not Korean. Nuna and hyung gets used a lot more often though, at least to my experience. | ||
