caller started studying for schtats
The schtats god told caller that if he studied for this exam he might make up for his previous poor grade in the class. So Caller studied.
On the second day, Caller went over everything that had been covered up until that point.
On the third day, Caller went over poisson and exponential distributions, and went over all his homework assignments and midterms-
he understood all his mistakes and redid the homework problems.
on the fourth day caller went over the z tests, estimators, and joint variables. these were the trickiest topics but caller figured out all his mistakes and did the problems that the book decreed.
on the fifth day caller went over t tests, joint variable tests, and linear regression. they were coveredth at the endth so it was obvious that they would be on the test.
on the sixth day caller took his stats exam and found out that all of the work he had put into studying didn't help him at all because all of the problems were analysis.
because its easy to integrate (theta)(lambda)e^-thetax - lambdax times ((x - 1/theta)(y-1/lambda)+1) from zero to infinity for that one asian kid in the corner
on the seventh day caller filled a transfer application.

I feel for you, man. I am very happy/lucky to be in a realm of study where profs are adamant about not having surprises on exams (i.e. you know what content will be on the exams, they wanna test your knowledge of that content).

How I feel for physics here at Mines....fuck physics man...cause it's not easy for ANYONE to determine the angle at which a (nail on a telephone pole which is falling down)'s acceleration is equal to gravity.
The only things given are:
Angle that the telephone begins to fall. 17*
Length of the telephone pole. 65 m
Distance up the pole where the nail is. 43.5 m
THAT'S IT.

Caller convert this into a reasonable essay and then e-mail it to your professor along with a sarcastic thank you that you now need to transfer :p
