Have the beta key? Don't have the beta key? Plan on playing SC2?
I work at the Gamestop in the clackamas town center mall and we are currently trying to rouse enough interest to make a REALLY nice SC2 launch night party. We are talking multiple cpu's hooked up together with perhaps a big screen showing a pair of cpu's for a "stage" of sorts. Working on some prizes like cash towards gamestop or something of the sorts.. but no promises there yet.
obviously SC2 is a long way out but if you haven't pre ordered the game go to clackamas town center and put 5$ or more down on your copy of SC2 and guarantee yourself a copy on launch day PLUS an amazing lan party. Please tell them "incontrol" sent you. We don't get commission but this kind of thing goes a long way towards raises etc.. I could use it!
Beside the obvious personal gain having a bitching launch party would be pretty cool too!
So if you are anywhere in the oregon area and want to hang out with me and other SC2 gamers on launch night do me the favor and go show the interest! Lets make it happen!
PS: NO we don't know the launch day yet.. but it certainly won't be for at least a couple months most likely 5+ from now.. but better to plan ahead
