it reads "I want to be enchanted by your eyes" lol. I think woongjin employees were there on that day, so obvious lots of support for the players. almost all players' supporters were there. IIRC there was one that said "I'll kiss GuemChi (or ZerO?) if the player all-klls" or something.

Which can mean both: Falling for his eyes or literally falling in his eyes which might refer to his eye size
