Get a clean haircut but don't shave your head. Trim the beard to something shorter and better kept but keep it, beards are in. Especially in the winter - see Gerard Butler or Clooney.

Agreed with this, your hair looks perfect where it is, but either trim the beard or grow it out more. The length it's at right now seems...I dunno, just off. Either way, I'm still incredibly jealous, I wish I could grow a beard like that

I'd keep the hair man.. it looks good on you and you seem comfortable with it.

Plus i don't really think form your photo you can pull off the tough guy image that your friend seems to have.

Yea id just keep the beard more trimmed

But.. why do you want to cut in the first place? If you you even considered it so far as to create a blog about it on TL.. id say you want to do it. So just do it.

If you don't like it it will grow back

Plus you get t experiment with other styles as it grows back.

Edit: @t OP where was that photo taken at? You got some nice scenery behind you.

Try it, I shaved my head for about 4 years and just stopped recently cuz I need a new look. But ya I loved it, so easy to maintain and I liked the look as well.

I usually shave my hair down to something alike to that second picture - 1/3rd inch or so. Then I let it grow 'till it reaches your length at pic 1. That way I get both the styles, and it's awesome.

That being said, your first pic is pretty cool. Keep your hair till it starts getting annoying, then shave it down.

I'd say either keep the hair (ehhh), or shave your hair and keep the beard clean (that is, shorten it a good amount). You'll look pretty classy after doing that, I think.

yes, ten thousand times yes.

i went from having hair down to my shoulders to a buzz. greatest feeling ever. now i keep it around 1-2 inches long, but that fresh feeling is indescribable. trust me, just do it, its only hair anyways right?
