Typical Wednesday night, streaming bits of PL in the evening and preparing for Melon Music Award where both Boxer and Bisu (Video on page4) presented an award to none other than So Nyeo Shi Dae. The event started at 7PM KST. Like any other day, my viewers came and it reached a steady 10,000 viewers and all of a sudden, GTR messages me and says Livestream is down. So I tried to view my own stream on Kentor's zeroboy.net and it would say Frequency not found. So I go right ahead to the livestream website and behold.
None of those channels are related btw.
So it seems that the Indians that work on livestream does not like my taste of Kpop and decides enrage just about 10,000 fangirls and boys. Causing our websites to explode, Twitter filled with ravage fangirl comments "solinren is down", "stream is dead", "does anybody have another link to watch melon awards??!??!?@#?!@#??". /rant Since the likelyhood of retrieving this channel back from Livestream is 0%. I will see if I can make another and I am taking channel name suggestions. One suggestion was SoFantasticElastic which is not too bad but could be better. I think.
Also for those that just made a livestream of their own, have you successfully gotten yourselves verified? And what material or content did you have that they did not reject? Thanks in advance for your guys help!
Wow do you guys really think this has anything to do with Livestream staff not liking K-pop?
You do realise that you sign an agreement not to stream copyrighted material when you start your channel right? Obviously the korean institutions that own the rights to this music is going to complain if you're streaming to 16k viewers.
Your beef is with the record companies of the artists and other copyright holders because you're spreading their music illegally. Not with Livestream itself.

yeah.. I remember getting banned on the chanel for asking sg like "what's this hype about these girls, they arent that special". If you flamed a player or another viewer that was fine, saying sg negative about those chicks resulted in ban.

Doubt the koreans made a complaint. More like livestream being pissed about a free channel hogging up all their bandwidth. 16k users... they probably expect you to pay $$ for that sort of bandwidth.
Wow... just wow.... how the hell am I here to prove my worthiness for spending countless months of studying, looking and listening to SNSD ever since I got ban from you?!?! You know just how much effort and time I've used up to know EVERYTHING about SNSD just to impress you?!?! And now this happened?!?! How am I able to come back at you and overwhelm you with my intensive study of SNSD with an actual face to face (not literally) conv of the most epic girl band that I never considered before I got ban from you for not knowing shit about it??? God dammit!
Man, I like the way all you people felt the need to go into a K-Pop thread with the sole intention of trolling it. You're cool.
What does going into a thread about something and saying it sucks accomplish, really, besides making you look like a total tool who thinks your opinion is more important than others?

You better hope that's not true. They might target pl streams next.
I recently got verified and all i had was some tutorial on how to set up camtasia and fmle. I just filled in all the form as best as I could and got verified ezpz. I wouldn't worry about it and you can check my stream out at livestream.com/xtonx I don't think I've updated much since. Though I also had 700 viewer minutes before I was verified so I don't know how much of an affect that had.

If ya don't like it, don't tune in. There's plenty of starcraft vods and day[9] commentaries to keep you busy while 16,000 people watch the melon awards.
Sorry this happened solinren D: I hope you find another avenue for sharing your interests with the rabid fangirls and boys.
