If they bring it up, remember, you've done nothing wrong! Marijuana is about as benign as recreational drugs can go. Furthermore, as you've only tried it this one time, none of the arguments against chronic marijuana use apply to you (and all the real arguments are against chronic use). Stigma against marijuana isn't readily changed from a single, from stating these facts though, so your best bet is to hit them where it hurts. Two of the most respected scientists of the twentieth century smoked pot, and they were the readily identifiable Carl Sagan and the badass of QED, Richard Feynman. If that doesn't work tell them to chill the fuck out and smoke a blunt with 'em  | ||

Later on in life, perhaps when you've moved out, perhaps next week, you should smoke weed again. When I am high I think much more laterally than when I am sober. It may not necessarily be productive, but it certainly is a interesting experience. In fact, I'm going to get high right now | ||
